Under requirements of K.S.A. 65-34,117(c), as amended, records of the Office of Accounts and Reports show the unobligated balances are $5,524,336.23 in the Underground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund and $1,818,168.14 in the Aboveground Petroleum Storage Tank Release Trust Fund at June 30, 2021.
